At Downtown Dallas, Inc. (DDI), they work every day to ensure the safety of visitors which includes making sure the Downtown area remains one of the safest in the city. That’s why they work directly with the Dallas Police Department, DART Police, Downtown Security Directors Association, and other safety organizations to address public safety issues and coordinate efforts. In fact, they contribute more than $4 million annually to public safety programs. If you ever need an escort or feel unsafe please call the DDI dispatch at 214.741.1151. DDI provides a free app available to the public that enables users to safely and securely communicate with Downtown Security and Clean Team for non-emergency issues, providing real-time information on concerns or issues. With the See Say app, Downtown has a simple way to anonymously report safety or cleanliness concerns instantaneously through a smartphone. The See Say app empowers people to take an active role in keeping their community clean and safe by reporting what they see. To download the app on the App Store for iOS, or Google Play search See Say.
