Below you will find the rooming list to be filled out, and the w-9 necessary to fill out the tax exemption. Once we have reviewed your information, we will submit you rooming list to the group booking coordinator, who will email you an invoice.
Please not a credit card is required to hold all reservations, but will not be charged as long as paying be credit card is received, or the rooms are cancelled at least five days prior to arrival.
