In order to attend the NC HOSA SLC you must complete the following steps to reserve your rooms.

1.) Review the hotel options below

2.) Fill out the google form via the link below, providing all information and ranking your preferred hotels. Completion of this form will indicate your place in line for preferred hotel options.

3.) Complete the downloadable rooming list below and submit in the form below.

4.) You will be contacted via email from NCHOSA@unified-es.com within 48 hours of your submission.

All questions must be submitted via email to NCHOSA@unified-es.com and will receive a response within two business days.
 
Hotel Options:

All hotels are at a rate of $170 per night, this rate includes a rebate to NC HOSA in order to provide free shuttles to the Sheraton 4 Seasons.
