UES was founded by Jonathan Park, whose journey in the world of conferences began at just 13 years old when he accompanied his mother to a HOSA Leadership Conference. Invited back year after year by the HOSA National Office, Jonathan gained hands-on experience in every aspect of conference operations. Along the way, he developed a deep appreciation for the unique blend of energy, inspiration, and learning that well-executed events create.

With a background in engineering, Jonathan recognized opportunities to bring greater efficiency and insight to conference planning. What started with simple analytics to optimize shuttle routes—saving clients tens of thousands of dollars in transportation costs—has grown into a full suite of data-driven services. Today, UES helps event planners accurately forecast attendance years in advance, make informed site selections, and reduce uncertainty throughout the planning process.
