Airport Shuttle Ticket Information
We are pleased to offer attendees staying in the downtown hotels the convenience of purchasing tickets for a pre-conference shuttle pick-up from the airport to your hotel. Additionally, we will provide shuttle pick-up to the airport following the conference, ensuring a seamless travel experience. Shuttle drop offs will be to the door of the conference hotels. Return trips to the Airport will depart from the Indianapolis Convention Center, West Maryland Street.
Details of the Shuttle Service
Arrival Flight Information: If your flight is delayed, there is no need to notify us. We will be using flight tracker software to keep track of flight times. However, if your flight number has changed, please email us ASAP at hosailc@unified-es.com to notify us.
Pre-Conference Pickup: Attendees will be picked up from the airport upon arrival and transported to their hotels. Shuttle operation times will be between 9:00AM and 12:00AM.

This round trip ticket includes: - a scheduled pick up on Tuesday 6/16/26 from the airport arrival area, and transportation to your respective hotel. - a scheduled pick up on Sunday 6/21/26 from the Indianapolis Convention Center, and transportation to the airport drop-off area.
