Airport Shuttle Ticket Information
We are pleased to offer attendees the convenience of purchasing tickets for a pre-conference shuttle pick-up from the airport to your respective hotel. Additionally, we will provide shuttle pick-up from your respective hotel to the airport following the conference, ensuring a seamless travel experience.
Details of the Shuttle Service
Pre-Conference Pickup: Attendees will be picked up from the airport upon arrival and transported to their respective hotels.
Post-Conference Drop-off: Attendees will be picked up from their hotels and transported directly to the airport drop-off area.
Scheduled Times: Shuttle departures for both pick-up and drop-off will be at designated times, allowing you to plan your travel accordingly.
